Moltke is a tiny white  crater that is quite unremarkable except for the fact that it is near a very famous site.  In July, 1969, the crew of Apollo 11 touched down on the moon a few kilometers northwest of Moltke.  This photo also shows lots of lava wrinkles in Mare Nectaris.
