Schickard - 227 km wide

At 227 km wide, Schickard is one of the most prominent lunar formations of its kind.  Its vast floor is a lava-flooded plain with smaller craters.  Schiller (to the east) is an elongated combination of several craters.  You can see Gassendi in the upper left of the photo.
